The hotel is on a great and lovely location very close to the beach and the town centre, centre and The sea. Just a few steps away from Filey War Memorial Garden. The rooms are spotless and large with tea and coffee making equipment, and tea/coffee.

The whole experience was such great, nothing too much trouble, would recomand. The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive and perfect. Stayed at an immaculate room with the full size settee, TV, for example. The service was excellant and the location was stunning.
